I spoke with Kim and he said he is willing to winterize the grounds after Dan and Shams swap meet.
That said is there any more maintenance that we need to do at the show grounds?

I'll go out on a limb and say the remainder of the trash barrels should be picked up and the benches put into storage. There may be some minor trash duty to follow up on as well, but most has already been taken care of.

I don't know why it was decided, ask Carl for more details. But Sunday morning/afternoon Carl and Kevin were there and since I was still there I pitched in an extra hand. A few others filtered in to help as well.

Let me attempt to clarify myself since there seems to be some confusion.
Carl and Kevin started the cleanup of the Haunted Woods which would have been done at the same time as the winterization. Most things have been picked up. There are still trash barrels to put away and there may be trash spread among the grounds that should be picked up and disposed of. We got most of it, but there may be bits and pieces that were missed. Along with the barrels the park benches should be moved inside to protect them from the winter weather.
The large storage boxes for the haunted woods will need to be put away, but that will be up to Kevin and his crew as they need to use the proper equipment to move them.
The actual winterization still needs to be done, this will include draining all of the water lines putting antifreeze in the bathhouse where needed and draining the large water tanks.
These tasks are to be performed The 2nd weekend in November, Except I don't know if it will be Saturday or Sunday.

Tom Lucas has offered his big air compressor for blowing out the water lines. Someone (Kim I guess) should contact him if he wants to use it.

Katie thanks for the info. I've contacted Kim, Jim Stikeleather and Tom Lucas. They are going to be at the show grounds on Saturday to winterize the water system. I am planning to be in Georgia this weekend. If not then I will be at the grounds myself. Thanks to everyone who helped out with the haunted woods and cleanup/winterization!

FYI, Things seemed to go well Saturday morning. All of the lines are cleared out, antifreeze in the drains and the benches put under cover for the winter.
